In this role, you’ll work directly with me to support families, students, and schools across Fairfax County while advancing equity, transparency, and responsiveness in everything we do.
You’ll serve as my key liaison—connecting with constituents, community organizations, school system leadership, and elected officials. You’ll help manage communications, policy research, constituent services, and social media strategy while navigating fast-paced, high-impact work with professionalism and care.
This role might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in public administration, policy, communications, or government affairs
- Know how to manage competing priorities with tact, accuracy, and discretion
- Are skilled in writing, research, digital communications, and community engagement
