Weekly Woodlawn Pause with Ms. Hill

  • Ms. Hill, our art theraripst, creates a weekly mindfulness video called the Woodlawn Pause
  • This week’s Woodlawn Pause is called PLAY AND PAUSE.
  • About this week's mindful exercise:

Being able to start and stop something is a BIG skill that needs to be practiced, so we can control our bodies and take breaks when we need to.  It is important to take time each day to play and release energy in a safe way, but also know there are times that we need to pause and be still.
