School-Wide Field Trip Reminders
- Tomorrow morning, children will be handed their school-wide T-shirt, which comes in a short-sleeved design. They have the option to wear it alone or layer it over a long-sleeved shirt if they prefer.
- Make sure your child arrives at school on time.
- Students should pack a nut-free lunch to be eaten at school (unless you ordered a lunch from the cafeteria) and a nut-free snack.
- Parents who are not chaperones, are welcome to meet us at the museum their child is attending, but please be mindful that all but the American History Museum (PreK - Third Grade) require a pre-purchased entry ticket.
Chaperone Reminders
- Chaperones, please report to the office upon your arrival to retrieve your visitors badge and arrive no later than 8:40 am (Doors open 8:20 am).
- Please try to carpool and/or walk as parking is limited. Our blacktop will be open for parking.
- Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not block mailboxes and/or driveways when parking.
- Please DO NOT visit the gift shop, buy snacks or other purchase other items for your chaperone group to maximize learning from the exhibits.
- Please limit personal belongings as there is a screening process upon entering the museums.
- Please keep your assigned students with you at all times.
- Don’t forget to wear your field trip shirt if you ordered one!
