Winter Sports are about to begin.
November 11th is the 1st day for Winter Sports.
The schedule for each team is below.
We have a bunch of post-season events this week. Please come support the Hawks if you can.
Field Hockey
Regional 1st Round - 10/28 - 630pm at West Po
Volleyball
District 1st Round - 10/28 -
Boys 530pm at Home
Girls 700pm at Home
- Semis will be on 10/30
- Finals will be on 11/4
Cheer
We will host the Occoquan Region Cheer Finals on 10/29 - Start time is 5pm
Cross Country
District Finals are on 10/30 at Burke Lake - Races start at 1130am
Hayfield's Football Game on 11/2 has been moved to 10/30 to help accommodate Justice High School. Kick-off will be at 7pm on Wednesday.
Hayfield will host Justice on 10/30:
Be be advised about the rules for attending Home Varsity Football.
1. No Bags/Backpacks can be brought into the stadium.
2. No Outside food or drink can be brought into the stadium.
3. All students must have their student ID or be must able to access SIS.
4. Middle or Elementary Students must be accompanied/supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Tickets gates will be closed at the end of the 3rd quarter- there will be no entry into the stadium once the gate is closed.
Please see the link/info below to sign up for a Booster Pass - if you plan on attending Home regular season events for any athletic event this is cheaper option than buying tickets for each event individually.
Also, we will have a separate entrance to all booster members at Home Football Games, so you will not have to wait in line to enter.

A note from the Office of Student Activities and Athletics - Effective with the start of the 2024-2025 school year all FCPS schools will have consistent regular season, district tournament and region tournament entry fees for general admission. Adults (18 and over) will be $7. FCPS students will be $5. Schools will continue to offer free admission to senior citizens and children under 6. The VHSL sets ticket prices for VHSL State Competitions. Schools are not allocated funding for uniforms and consumable supplies and ticket revenue is the primary funding source for those items.

On Saturday, October 26, the Marching Hawks participated in the Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors Association State Marching Assessment at Patriot HS in Nokesville, VA. The band earned unanimous Superior ratings from all five judges, the highest rating you can earn. Congratulations to the students for their achievement, and to the parents and staff who work to provide a positive, enriching experience for our Hawks!
