Back to School Nights

To help accomodate our growing school population, we have divided our Back to School Nights into two evenings from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Preschool - 2nd grade will be on Wednesday, September 18.

3rd -5th Grade & multiage classes will be on Thursday, September 19.

The schedule for each evening will allow for families to visit classrooms and learn about curriculum and grade level updates.

5:00-5:20 Classrooms Open 

5:25-5:55 Session #1 Grade Level Presentation

6:00-6:20 Classrooms Open 

6:25-6:55 Session #2 Grade Level Presentation

Teams will run two sessions each evening, but families only need to attend one of the sessions. Presentations will be available for families who are unable to attend and posted in Schoology.If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's teacher.

Science Night--Volunteers Needed

In collaboration with the Children's Science Center, Mason Crest will be hosting a Science Night on September 24th.  In order for our event to run smoothly, we are in need of volunteers to help run the stations. If you are available from 5:15-7:45 p.m. and would like to volunteer please complete the following survey.

SIS Parent VUE Access

Want to easily access back-to-school forms and checklists? Log in to your SIS ParentVUE account to find forms and make updates.

Complete Permission Forms

Families can now easily give permission for their children to access a variety of school resources through the Parent Digital Consent system. This online tool can be accessed using your SIS ParentVUE account. Parents can easily opt their child in or out of resources including online educational tools, school counseling services, and tutoring services. They can also change how student information is managed.

Submit Absences

Parents can submit daylong absences through SIS ParentVUE. Log in and click “Report Absence.” Note: Partial day absences and changes of transportation should still be reported directly to the school front office.

October 4: Teacher Workday (No School)

October 10: Picture Day
