 Willow Welcome Open House
Friday, August 16th
We hope to see all of you tomorrow at our annual Open House scheduled from 9:00 - 11:00 AM.
This is a great annual WSES event which provides families and students with the opportunity to visit the school, meet classroom teachers and other WSES staff, see and talk with friends and neighbors, and drop off school supplies in classrooms. In addition, our Health Room will be open and Health Room staff will be available to answer questions and accept medications that need to be kept at school. Health Room Aide, Ms. Waldeck and Ms. Shrader will be happy to support you.
The Willow Welcome schedule is as follows:
Session 1: 9 - 10:00 AM (last names A-K)
Meet & Greet with classroom teachers & drop off school supplies
9-11:00 AM Continue with Meet and Greet or visit with Specialists, PTA, Cafeteria, and Mott Center staff in the gym
Session 2: 10 - 11:00 AM (last names L-Z)
Meet & Greet with classroom teachers & drop off school supplies
9-11:00 AM Continue with Meet & Greet or visit with Specialists, PTA, Cafeteria staff and Mott Center staff in the gym
Sweet Treats
The Capitol Snow truck will be here during Willow Welcome serving cold, sweet, shaved ice. Gather your friends and enjoy a treat to celebrate the start of a new school year.
