Boys Volleyball Head Coach

Myles Teasley has been selected as the 1st Head Boys Volleyball Coach at Hayfield Secondary.

We are super excited for Coach to join us.

Originally from Southern California, Coach Teasley has played volleyball for 18 years including two years as a varsity Middle Blocker, and three years for a club team that had two Top-10 Finishes at Nationals. Having co-founded the Mens Club Volleyball Team at Davidson College, Coach Teasley started coaching shortly afterward and has since coached teams to a Texas State Championship, several division and league titles in California and Virginia, and his teams have earned several trips to Club Nationals. Moreover, he is also proud that 11 of his former players have gone on to play NCAA volleyball, several of whom now play professionally!

Since moving to the DMV in 2017, Coach Teasley has coached and/or coordinated College Recruitment at BRYC, Monument Volleyball, and The St James Volleyball Club. He has also coached at The Potomac School, was the Boys Head Volleyball Coach at Alexandria City HS, and most recently was the Head Girls Volleyball Coach at Sidwell Friends School. Coach Teasley is IMPACT, SafeSport, and Positive-Coaching Alliance certified, and he is excited to join the Hayfield community to help grow boys volleyball in the region!
