Edison Food Pantry The Food Pantry Initiatives Committee of the PTSA was created to help Edison families in need, and we will provide food during Spring Break for Edison families who may be suffering from food insecurity. If you are in need, please contact the Chair, Edison Food Pantry before March 12, 2024, by sending an email to: chairfoodpantry.edisonptsa@gmail.com(link sends email) The PTSA will ensure that your student receives an ALDI gift card for your family on either Thursday, March 21 or Friday, March 22.

Teacher Appreciation Events

The PTSA will be hosting several teacher appreciation events this spring. Stay tuned for more details. 

The PTSA will be hosting an ONLINE AUCTION fundraiser in late March. We would appreciate any items you would like to donate such as tickets, gift cards or services. Students: do you have any art or services you would like to donate such as tutoring or babysitting? Teachers: would you like to donate a lunch with students? Admin: want to donate your time? Senior Scholarships

The PTSA is giving out four scholarships of $1,000 each to worthy seniors. The scholarship is to recognize Thomas Edison High School students who have demonstrated good citizenship through volunteer service in the school and community, or academic achievement through individual determination. The scholarship is intended to support continuation of their education at a two- or four-year college, university or trade school.

Change in Dues to be Voted on at March Meeting

At our last PTSA meeting in February, notice was given that we will be voting on dues changes. The 30-day notice, required by our by-laws, will be met by the meeting on March 19. Please make plans to attend, either in person or on line, to have a voice in this important issue.

Membership Drive Continues The Edison PTSA membership drive has historically been our biggest fundraiser of the year.
