RVES Family Newsletter March 1

March 1 - Family Newsletter

Rolling Valley Families,

Happy March 1st!

Rolling Valley students stayed busy this past weekend with some RV chorus members singing the national anthem at the George Mason University Women’s basketball game! A few students even made it on the Jumbotron! In addition to the chorus performance, we had RV students from Girl Scout Troop 52010 perform at the halftime show!

On Monday, students participated in the Kids Heart Challenge, and we had tired students and PE teachers! Tuesday night the PTA hosted a 6th-grade fundraiser at Silver Diner! The students did a fantastic job with their roles throughout the evening!

Upcoming events in the next week include Read Across America Week! Make sure to check below for the schedule of optional spirit days!

A quick reminder that there is no school on Tuesday, March 5!

Have a great weekend!
