Blankets Fundraiser
The 6th Grade class is hosting a Lions Cozy Blanket Fundraiser and hopefully rounding out their fundraising goal. The flyer is attached in 2 formats, in case one is better than the other for your posting. Please share with your families on your platforms. Also, this will be the only opportunity to purchase this item- this is not something we will have available yearlong- and we have a short selling period.
Year Book Sale
Yearbook ordering is still open and will close on 4/7/2024. ONLINE PRE-ORDER ONLY for $20, plus the option of a protective plastic cover for $1. We do not anticipate having extras at the end of the year, so we encourage families to pre-order before the deadline. Yearbooks will be delivered to students during the last week of school. Below is the link to PRE-ORDER the yearbook. Yearbook link
Presidents Day (Holiday)
All schools and offices will be closed on Monday, February 19, for the Presidents Day holiday. Learn more about Presidents Day in Britannica.com. Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 20. See the complete school year calendar.

Free Parent Webinars
The Family Resource Center offers free webinars for adults to support the success of all students, including those with learning challenges, special needs, and disabilities. Pre-registration for webinars is required to participate in the live event; however, recordings of past webinars are available and organized by topic on the FRC website. Upcoming events include: Youth Mental Health First Aid Workshop on Feb. 9; Behavior Solution Series Proactive Strategies for Elementary Families on Feb. 16, and more.
Immunizations
The Code of Virginia requires all students to be immunized against certain communicable diseases prior to entrance into Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). School entrance immunizations help to foster student health and safety by mitigating the spread of communicable diseases.
