MAJOR PRIDE!

Congrats to Jess Shaw & Renee Charlow and their theatre students at the Virginia Thespian Festival!

  • We had students competing in both performance and design categories, and all did great in their perspective categories earning Excellents and Superiors all around.  We want to specifically highlight the design work of Phoenix Bryant, who had the highest overall score at the festival in Costume Design.
  • Two of our students (Juliet Pascoe and Keira Wankowski) auditioned and were selected for solos in the closing ceremony performance of songs from the new musical SuperYou.
  • Two of our students (Samantha Dresch and Elizabeth Snyder) competed in the Light Hang and Focus event of the "Tech Olympics" and took 1st place with no penalties.
