Curriculum Night for Parents/Guardians- January 4, 2024

Chantilly will host an in-person curriculum night on Thursday January 4, 2024.

Parents of rising 9th graders(class of 2028) are invited to attend an introduction to high school session from 6:00-6:45 in the auditorium.  We will review graduation requirements and provide guidance on course selection for 9th graders.  A student panel will also present information about helping your student find success at Chantilly.

All parents are invited to attend the curriculum fair in the cafeteria and lecture hall from 7 PM-8 PM.  Teachers and department chairs from each content area will be present to answer questions about core classes as well as Chantilly’s myriad of electives.

We look forward to seeing you on January 4.

No Cost Therapy for High Schoolers

High school students can access virtual mental health services at no cost through an FCPS program with Hazel Health. Hazel Health therapists are licensed and also trained in teen-specific challenges.

Students can be referred by a guardian or designated staff member and participate in weekly video therapy sessions. The therapists will work with students until they achieve their therapy goals, or they can help connect the family with long-term mental health services in the community if needed.

Learn how to opt your students into this service.

Registration may be made in person during business hours. For youth program, registrations may be made in person or submitted via email at the location your child will attend (see flyer for locations/addresses and registration form).
