Welcome, Mrs. Aldridge!
Thank you to everyone who came to our PTO meeting last night to welcome Mrs. Aldridge as our new Terraset principal. We had a great turnout! Stay tuned for meeting minutes soon, and mark your calendars for our next meeting on February 7.
10 Days of Cheer Thank You
Thank you so much to everyone who pitched in or donated in any way to our 2023 10 Days of Cheer, and a HUGE thank you to our amazing Staff Appreciation Committee for putting the plan together and leading us.
A special thanks also to the families who reached out and volunteered to put on our Festival of Lights Day. We are always open to suggestions and offers of help to celebrate holidays that are important to members of our community. Please reach out to us at president@terrasetpto.org if you have suggestions or want to help.
Winter Clubs Schedule is Now Set!

Jan 5 - Deadline to contact Diana Golac at dagolac@fcps.edu if you are in need of a Clubs Scholarship
Jan 10 - Winter Clubs Registration opens at noon on Homeroom.com
Jan 19 - Winter Clubs Registration closes at midnight
Jan 29 - Winter Clubs Begin
March 20 - Winter Clubs End
We are still looking for help in our Indoor Soccer club for experienced players in grades 2-4 on Tuesdays. Volunteers’ students get priority registration. If you are interested in volunteering for the winter or spring season, please email tigerclubs@terrasetpto.org.
Virtual Planning Meeting for the 2024 Terraset Basketball Challenge
Volunteers are needed to help organize this year’s Basketball Challenge at South Lakes HS on March 21, 2024. An informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 9th at 7pm via Zoom. You do not need to attend the meeting to sign up to help - just email basketball@terrasetpto.org for additional information.
Areas where help is needed:
- Shirts / spirit items
- Food /concessions
- Promotion
- Volunteers
- Raffle / donations
- Day of Help [such as selling tickets, concessions or spirit items]
Mark Your Calendars for the First PTO Meeting of 2024
Our first meeting of the New Year will be on Wednesday, February 7th from 6:30-7:30 pm in the cafeteria. Stay tuned for further information to be announced!

¡Gracias por 10 días de alegría
¡Muchas gracias a todos los que colaboraron o donaron de alguna manera para nuestros 10 días de alegría de 2023, y un ENORME agradecimiento a nuestro increíble Comité de Apreciación del Personal por elaborar el plan y guiarnos!
Un agradecimiento especial también a las familias que se acercaron y se ofrecieron como voluntarias para organizar nuestro Día del Festival de las Luces. Siempre estamos abiertos a sugerencias y ofertas de ayuda para celebrar los días festivos que son importantes para los miembros de nuestra comunidad. 5 de enero: fecha límite para comunicarse con Diana Golac en dagolac@fcps.edu si necesita una beca de clubes

19 de enero: la inscripción para clubes de invierno cierra a medianoche
29 de enero: comienzan los clubes de invierno
20 de marzo: finalizan los clubes de invierno
Seguimos buscando ayuda en nuestro club de fútbol sala para jugadores experimentados en los grados 2-4 los martes. Los estudiantes voluntarios tienen prioridad en el registro. Reunión Virtual de Planificación del Terraset Basketball Challenge 2024
Se necesitan voluntarios para ayudar a organizar el Basketball Challenge de este año en South Lakes HS el 21 de marzo de 2024. Se llevará a cabo una reunión informativa el martes 9 de enero a las 7 p.m. a través de Zoom. No es necesario que asista a la reunión para inscribirse y ayudar; simplemente envíe un correo electrónico a basketball@terrasetpto.org para obtener información adicional.
