Membership Toolkit App
Did you know that you can access the PTA website from your phone either in your phone's browser OR by downloading and using the Membership Toolkit App?
The app is great for easy access to the online directory. If you have children in other schools using Membership ToolKit, you can switch between them in the app as well.
Reach out to president@wolftrappta.org or webmaster@wolftrappta.org if you have any issues accessing PTA resources like the website or app and we'll do our best to help you out!
Wolftrap Third Grade Teacher Ms. Sarah Wagner will soon start an afterschool club to make Wolftrap ES a little "greener."
Club members will participate in student-led projects throughout the year such as gardening and recycling. If you have any interest in supporting this effort, please contact Courtney McCreesh (PTA Volunteer Coordinator) or Ms. Wagner directly.

Book Fair is almost here! Join us as we revel in books, transforming our library into a Book Fair for an entire week the week before Thanksgiving Break. We need volunteers to serve as cashiers, floaters, and sorters, plus, of course, we need shoppers!
Signup genius coming soon -- please be thinking about your availability Nov. 13-17 to to either set-up, shelve books, assist shoppers (other families), be a cashier for a shift or two, etc.

Family Science Night will be held on Thurs., November 30 in partnership with the Children’s Science Center Lab and parent volunteers like you.
Activities include: Finding Fossils: A Classification Mystery, Magnets at Work: Everyday Uses, Slippery Slopes: Exploring Water Pollution, among others. Students will be participating in these hands-on experiments, specially designed to provoke interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) subjects.
At least 18 volunteers are needed from 5:15-7:45p.m. to set up, assist students with activities, and clean up. Help bring science to life by volunteering for this event! Sign up to help us host a Family Science Night!
Your child brought home a newsletter from their room parents for their grade (please reach out to your room parent if not) with information about class dues.
These dues (click here to be directed to log in and pay) are used to fund class parties, curriculum days (such as Bug Bash in second grade and Virginia History Day in fourth grade), as well as pay for grade level t-shirts for all of our students and teachers. Make sure to check it out!
Visit the PTA Facebook group to get up-to-date, ongoing information.
Check out the Community News page of the PTA website. We add new events all the time.
Share your comments, questions and feedback on the Connection to communications@wolftrappta.org.
Please feel free to reach out to the PTA leadership with any questions or comments!
