Friday Night Lights Returns to Justice H.S.!
We are looking forward to hosting our first home varsity football game of the 2023-2024 season. With a large crowd expected, we wanted to pass on the below policies and expectations for varsity football game attendance.
A few reminders for Friday's game:
- Gates will open at 6pm - All tickets are $5.00
- We are encouraging everyone to arrive early to avoid long lines!!
- We HIGHLY suggest pre-purchasing your tix online via E-Tix or purchasing a Pack Pass to avoid the long lines at the gate.
- No backpacks allowed and all other purses/bags are subject to search
- All Signs are prohibited
- No outside food/drinks allowed in the stadium
- For safety reasons, there is no standing in the area between the bleachers and the track fence
- We are encouraging everyone to arrive early to avoid big lines
- The back parking lot closed due to construction and will create longer lines at the front gate.
- All STUDENT FANS are expected to remain on their team's side of the field in the bleachers. Anyone in violation, can be barred from attending subsequent games.
- All Middle School and younger students should be chaperoned by a parent or adult.
- All students are expected to arrange for rides home prior to the finish of the game. All fans, including students, should be prepared to leave campus promptly after the game.
Athletic Boosters - Volunteers Needed
Our Athletic Boosters need your help!!! Our concessions stands need MORE VOLUNTEERS. Our concessions stands are 100% volunteer run.
- All net profits of each event go to SUPPORT EVERY TEAM, not just the teams with concession stands at their events
- FCPS provides no budget to the athletic office.
- All funds are generated for athletic account come from ticket sales and booster donations - a majority of which comes from concession sales
- "It takes a village" to support an athletic program - PLEASE SIGN UP

Weather Related Message from FCPS
When you receive a message from FCPS like this one, “The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory/warning for our area for today” please note that the message specifically excludes in-season high school athletics from the events that are prohibited outside (recess, PE classes, Band, etc).
We take the health and safety of our student-athletes very seriously and to that end the environmental conditions surrounding high school athletic activities are monitored closely by our FCPS Certified Athletic Trainers. FCPS does not generally make blanket cancellations of all athletic events county-wide for heat. This allows us to modify/cancel/postpone practices and competitions based on the local conditions at each high school site in accordance with both FCPS protocols and guidance from the Virginia High School League. The conditions at one school site may be very different from another school site and this careful monitoring allows us to continue in-season athletics when conditions are appropriate.
Our Certified Athletic Trainers use Wet Blub Globe Temperature (WBGT) and Wet Bulb Temperature (WBT) values that take into account temperature, humidity and radiant heating from the sun, and are used extensively in athletics and the US military to modify outdoor activities when conditions warrant, and ARE NOT the same as the ambient air temperature or “heat index”. Online Streaming now requires a paid subscription
Please note that for the last year and a half, Fairfax County Public Schools paid for a countywide subscription for all schools and their communities. Unfortunately, FCPS will no longer be paying these fee. All of our events that take place on our stadium field and in our gymnasium will continue to be streamed live on the NFHS Network, but will now have a pay wall that the consumer will need to pay for.
