Dear Mason Crest Families,
We cannot believe it is already the first day of August! We have a few important dates to remind you of as we prepare for the start of school.
Welcome Walk--Tuesday, August 15; 5:00-7:00 p.m. (Teachers will visit student homes to welcome them to the new school year)
Open House--Friday, August 18; 12:30-1:30 p.m. (Families of students in grades K-5 may visit their child's classroom prior to the 1st day of school)
First Day of School--Monday, August 21; 9:15-4:00 p.m.
Kindergarten Playdates--Thursday, August 10; 1:00-2:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 19; 10:00-11:00 a.m. (Rising Kindergarten families and students are invited to the Mason Crest playground for a playdate and popsicles)
Back to School Night--Thursday, September 14; 5:00-7:00 p.m. (Learn more about how you can support your child from home and spend time with your child's teachers)
Family Science Night--September 21; 6:00-7:30 p.m. (Activities led by the Children's Science Museum)
In the next few weeks, you should receive information from transportation regarding your child's bus route. We will also be sending information pertaining to the start of school so please check your mailboxes.
We cannot wait to see all of our students in a few weeks!
