See You at The Spring Block Party on Saturday (April 29th)
The Block Party will now be inside GBE due to predicted rain. Gym for 6th Grade vs Staff Volleyball Game (to start at 1PM). Cafeteria for activity tables. Food will be available for purchase. 6th grade will be selling snacks and drinks (proceeds will go towards 6th grade promotion activities). Food trucks - Kona Ice, Mr. Falafel, and Pa' Tacos El Papi - will be parked in front of the school on Point Pleasant Dr. Quick note to please check the lost and found (by door 13) while you're in the building. Items not claimed by late May will be donated.

Committee Members Needed
Want to help but don't have much time? This would be a perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for help to reach out to our local business community to help sponsor our upcoming Boosterthon Fun Run in June. These sponsors will help ensure that EVERY student will get a cool GBE Spirit shirt to wear at the FunRun on June 9th. Please reach out to Patrick at programs@gbepta.org for more information.
Deadline to Run From the Floor, Election & Summer Budget
Next meeting will be held in person at 630PM to hold the election for the 2023-2024 PTA Board. Deadline to run from the floor (i.e. nominate oneself to run for a Board position) is Sunday, April 30th. If interested, send an email to Lori stating your interest (secretary@gbepta.org). We'll also be voting on a summer budget line item to cover any summer expenses.
