picture of a blank form

So that we can ensure the correct level of staffing for next school year (2023-2024), please let us know if your child is returning to Oak Hill next year by filling out this short google form by April 28th.

Parent Input Form

As we move into the last months of school, it is time for the Oak Hill Staff to start preparing for the 2023-2024 school year.  Building a classroom of students is no easy task!  We take many considerations into account such as heterogeneous groupings, balancing academic abilities, and how to maximize the support our resource teachers can provide students.

If you feel that there is pertinent information to support your child’s success for the upcoming school year, please complete this optional Parent Input Form by Monday, April 24th. This system is not intended for families to request specific teachers.  Your child’s current teacher, specialists, and administrators collaborate to make well balanced classes where students can succeed. Oak Hill embraces collective responsibility and all of our staff are equipped to meet individual student needs.

Yearbook Order Deadline Extended to April 21st

You may order your child's yearbook at ybpay.com.  The School's code is 13278323.  Yearbooks are $19.00.  No pre-orders will be accepted after April 21st.

Dangers of Fentanyl

Opioid overdoses are on the rise across the country, including in Fairfax County. Most fatal overdoses in Fairfax County in recent years involved fentanyl.

Last month, FCPS hosted a conversation on the dangers of fentanyl. During this impactful event, audience members heard testimonials from individuals affected by the opioid epidemic and learned facts from medical experts and law enforcement representatives. The conversation continues on Monday, April 24, 6:30 to 8 p.m., at Woodson High School. FCPS principals and staff will share what is happening in our schools and update the work to prevent substance misuse and educate our students.

Transportation will be available from select schools throughout the county. Transportation information can be found once you begin the registration process

Visit our Opioid Awareness webpage for more information. Visit the Fairfax County Government webpage on opioids for information on how you can take action and get help for yourself or loved ones
