Dear Families,
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week at Mason Crest. The theme this year is "My Teacher is a Star"! The Parent Teacher Organization will be hosting different events to show our teachers their appreciation. One way you could support is by sending in snacks so we can keep the teacher lounges full of treats for our teachers throughout the week.
We also encourage students to write a note of appreciation reminding our teachers what stars they are! On Wednesday, May 10 we invite all students to wear clothing with stars on them in honor of their teachers.
Thank you for your continued support of our amazing Mason Crest Staff,
Mr. Aiello, Ms. Conroy and Ms. Shin
Spring Testing Calendar
Please make note of when your child's grade level is testing and if at all possible ensure your child has a good night's sleep and is ready to test first thing in the morning. We ask that you try and avoid any appointments during the school day to allow your child to have the time to focus and complete the test in the time allotted. If you have any questions regarding testing, please feel free to reach out to Mr. Aiello or Ms. Conroy.
Lost and Found
With the weather being so unpredictable, we are finding many items have found their way back to our Lost and Found. We ask that you take the time to look for any lost items your child may have left at school. The Lost and Found is located in the cafeteria. If you have any questions, please call the office.

Note from the Health Room
Is your child suffering from seasonal allergies? Please consult with your pediatrician about possible over the counter remedies that can be taken at home to help clear up their symptoms. Also, please consider having them wear a hat and/or sun glasses to keep pollen out of their eyes. They can rinse their face after recess and if necessary come to the health room for ice.
