The Langley Girls Winter Track team won the District Indoor Track Championships overall with a score of 145 (besting the next closest competitor by over 50 points)!! The girls 4x800m team kicked off the meet with an impressive win and shattered the nine year old meet record along the way! After that event, the girls set the track ablaze with top three finishes in every event from the 55 meter dash through the 3200 meter run! I’ve included a photo of the Champions celebrating their win with the District banner and trophy.
