Majors achieve and thrive together with purpose and pride!
Principal Chat
Greetings Major Families,
Thank you all for joining me during the Principal Chat this week. We had a great discussion about progress we’ve made regarding the social emotional well-being of our students, academic progress, safety updates and school/family connections. We discussed the social emotional well-being of our students in depth and I would like to share resources available from the county here. There is also a great opportunity for parents to participate in Parent Presentations: Preparing Families for Difficult Conversations About Alcohol & Drugs. The Mount Vernon Pyramid’s presentation will take place March 7, 2023 at the Whitman Library. You can register here.
Finally, As we move forward in the year we will continue to use your feedback to help us improve. Please take some time to offer your feedback in this form so that your voice can be heard.
With Major Pride,
Principal Rogers
