  • If you know your child will be missing full or partial days of school the week of November 21, please contact the attendance office to let us know.

First quarter grades

  • Grades are currently visible in ParentVue and StudentVue. Please remember that with the rolling gradebook that Madison utilizes, quarter grades are only a snapshot in time of a student’s progress in a class. Any questions regarding a student’s grades should be directed towards the classroom teacher as they have the best understanding of that grade. Refer to Grading and Reporting  for an understanding of Madison’s grading policies.

Winter Clothing Drive

  • The Madison High School/JMHS PTSA winter clothing drive started November 9! Please consider signing up to support Madison students in need of winter clothing. Donations may be brought to the main office through Wednesday, December 14. Donation drop-off times are weekdays from 8am-4pm.  Donors can sign up here. Contact Bethany Slingerland at bsslingerlan@fcps.edu with questions. Thank you, as always, for the generosity and kindness the Madison community demonstrates towards our students!

One School | One Community | One World

Madison High School strives to create and maintain an identity affirming learning environment where our students embrace, support, and encourage each other where multiple forms of identity (i.e. race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or disability) are recognized and regarded as assets for teaching and learning. We work to ensure school is a place where students feel safe and can be themselves. We do not tolerate hate speech, racist speech, bias, or acts of discrimination in our school. We want all students to feel a sense of belonging. We want to see all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are committed to learning, growing, and building the best Madison High School for all our students. We are One School - One Community - One World.
