Native American Heritage Month is a time to celebrate rich and diverse cultures, traditions, and histories and to acknowledge the important contributions of Native Americans. It is also a time to raise a general awareness about the unique challenges they have faced both historically and in the present, and the ways in which tribal citizens have worked to conquer these challenges. |

If your child needs to be picked up during the school the day for an appointment, please call 703-503-2300 when you are on your way so we can have your child meet you in the front office. Due to renovation, students often have a great distance to travel to make it to the main office. We ask for a call ahead in the event you are running late or if something changes. We want to keep students learning in the classroom as long as possible, yet give them time to walk up to meet you from their classrooms.

-
Staff and Family Referrals - Students may be identified for screening based on a direct referral (a request) from their teachers, parent/guardian, or other person who knows and works with the student. This option is accessed by many FCPS parents who seek this level of service for their students. Approximately 70% of the students screened for full-time placement come through this pathway.

North Face, Mickey Mouse, unicorns, you name it. There are some really nice jackets, coats and other clothing in our lost and found. If you think your child is missing an item of clothing, a water bottle or anything else, it is now located just inside Door #1 near the main office so parents/guardians can stop in and look for items easily. Lost jewelry is kept in the front office, so please ask if something of value has been lost. |
