Volunteer Opportunities
Distribution of Laptop Bags
Aldrin's business partner, Bright Spot, generously donated new laptop bags for each of our students. We need volunteers to count the bags out and deliver to the classrooms. Ideally, the project would be done the week of September 19-23.
Picture Day
Wednesday, September 21 is Fall Picture Day. We need volunteers to assist the photographers and prepare the students for their photo op (Between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm). Each volunteer will be provided a $25 Barksdale gift certificate.
Main Office
If you have availability in the mornings or at lunchtime, the main office is seeking volunteers! The most needed times are Monday–Friday, 8:50–10:00 am and/or 12:30–2:00 pm--any day. Volunteers will help escort students, distribute mail, make copies, answer phones, and cover for staff during meetings.
