SCMS REGISTRATION FORM & SCHEDULE
All students who wish to participate in the After School Program must have a registration form to participate. The electronic form is available on the SCMS website. If they stay with a teacher or participate in Clubs and activities a form must be on file. Here is the ASP Registration Form as well. The ASP Schedule is now ready. ALL GIRLS NFL FLAG FOOTBALL & FALL BASKETBALL LEAGUE INTEREST FORM
I would like to start both of these programs this school year. In order to make this happen, there has to me sufficient interest. If your child would be interested in participating, please have her fill out the form above. The Basketball League will be facilitated by our Security Specialist Chris Hall.
