Picture Day Information
Good Morning ICES Parents & Guardians,
This Thursday, September 8 and Friday, September 9, are our fall picture days! Please see the schedule and some FAQs below.
Students in kindergarten through 3rd grade – including Ms. Odell’s class, will photograph on Thursday, September 8.
Students in 4th grade through 6th grade – including PAC and preschool classes, will photograph on Friday, September 9.
What if my student is absent/tardy on their picture day?
If your student is absent on Thursday, they can take their photo on Friday.
For those who know ahead of time that they will be absent on Friday, please email the teacher so that their photo can be taken Thursday.
Students who arrive late – missing their class photo time, will photograph later on that same afternoon.
What if my student is absent both picture days – will they still have a photo for the yearbook?
Students that are absent both picture days can take their photo on our retake day (an email will be sent closer to that date) or their spring photo can be used for the yearbook.
How do I pre-order photos?
Photos can be pre-ordered using the paper order form (sent last Thursday, September 1) or online at mylifetouch.com using Picture Day ID: EVTBSVWC3. Please keep in mind that orders paid for with cash must be exact change only. Order envelops should be given to the photographer at the time of their photo.
Can I still order photos after picture day?
Yes, photos can still be ordered online after picture day – in fact, 4-6 weeks after pictures, a photo proof sheet will be sent home (from school) to preview. This sheet will also include an individual Picture ID and Access Code. With this ID and code, different backgrounds and themes can be applied to the sample proof before purchasing at mylifetouch.com.
