Dear Whitman Community,
I couldn’t be happier with the start of the school year! Our Whitman Wildcats have started the year with enthusiasm and excitement, ready to learn! They are being kind, helpful, and extremely positive!
To start off this year, the Whitman Faculty and Staff revisited our core beliefs, mission, and vision. I invite you all to review them at this website: https://whitmanms.fcps.edu/about. These tenets of Whitman Middle School were created collaboratively by the entire staff and reaffirmed just recently during a day of professional learning. One of the main core beliefs is that we have collective responsibility for all students! This means our entire Whitman Community, including you! My hope is that the entire Whitman Community will continue to collaborate with us to create a positive, respectful culture that sets high expectations, achievable goals, and a pathway to success for all students.
