Dear Langley FCPS Families,

Today, about two hundred of our students walked out of Langley at 9:30 a.m. in order to express their opinions regarding recent news reports about the Supreme Court and Roe vs. Wade. Students left the building in an orderly fashion and were outside for about fifteen minutes before returning to class.

FCPS respects the rights of our students to engage in peaceful protest and express their opinions through speech and other ways as long as it is done respectfully, does not interfere with the rights of others, and does not disrupt learning in the school.
