 The spring production is fast approaching and tickets are on sale now! Come and support your performing Hawks on March 25th or March 26th at 7pm each day. Tickets are only $5! We have had almost 70 HMS students involved from costume design, to poster creation, assistance directing, and acting galore! Check out the poster and get your tickets now here!
 FCPS is partnering with independent firm K12 Insight to administer its second Family Engagement Survey to better recognize, understand, respect, and address family strengths and needs in our school communities. The survey was emailed to FCPS parents and caregivers on Sunday, March 13. Topics include:
- Welcoming environment
- Communication
- Student success
- Advocacy
- Family and school partnerships
- Collaboration with the community to see if FCPS is meeting its goals at the school, region, and division levels.
Results will be used to develop a plan to improve family and school partnerships throughout the division. The survey will be available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Chinese, Urdu, Farsi, and Amharic. For more information visit the Family Engagement Survey webpage.

Congratulations to the many HMS students who participated in the Great Reading Games and achieving a score of 803,407 with 70,687 pages read! As 4th place winners, participants will receive a certificate and the top 20 students with the highest pages read, will receive a $150 gift card to go toward a Pizza Party!!
