Bulldog Breakdown 3/6 - 3/12

Good Evening Bulldog Families–

I hope that all families are safe and well, and have been enjoying the weekend!

This past week was our transition to the new mask policy. Students and staff were fantastic and we’re extremely appreciative of the respect that people showed each other during this transition. If your student has concerns regarding this new policy, please have them reach out to their Subschool principal or counselor for support. This was just another shining example of how great our community is!

This week we celebrate National School Social Worker’s Week. We are extremely fortunate to have Ms. Lori Klein and Ms. Brittany Lee as such great resources for our community. The provide extremely important services and we are grateful to have them!

I assure all students and families that Westfield will remain a caring and supportive place to learn. As always, please feel free to reach out to me with observations, suggestions, questions and celebrations. You can do that through e-mail, call, or  through the form located here: https://forms.gle/4eW9rgPRVBF2a5gd8

Go Bulldogs!

Principal Evaluation Parent/Guardian Feedback Form

This spring all Your School Name parents/guardians will be contacted through email with a link to the FCPS Principal Evaluation Parent/Guardian Feedback Form Online. This questionnaire is part of the Performance Evaluation Program and offers parents/guardians an opportunity to provide anonymous input about various topics related to our school. These topics include instructional leadership, school climate, human resources management, organizational management, communication and community relations and professionalism. Understanding that this has been another unusual year, the impacts of COVID-19 will be taken into consideration when reviewing the feedback.

The questionnaire will be collected online between March 7 and March 18. When you receive an email from FCPS Surveys, please take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your opinions matter!
