CES Update 2.28.22- Upcoming Principal Evaluation Questionnaire

Principal Evaluation Questionnaire

Your Views and Opinions Are Important!

This spring all Chesterbrook parents/guardians and staff will be contacted through email with a link to the FCPS Principal Evaluation Parent/Guardian Feedback Form Online.

This questionnaire is part of my Performance Evaluation Program and offers parents/guardians an opportunity to provide anonymous input about various topics related to our school.

Providing input on my work as your principal will provide information on the following areas:

  • Instructional Leadership
  • School Climate
  • Management (Human Resources and Organization)
  • Communication and Community Relations
  • Professionalism

Understanding that this has been another unusual year, the impacts of COVID-19 will be taken into consideration when reviewing the feedback.

The questionnaire will be collected online between March 7 and March 18. When you receive an email from FCPS Surveys, please take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire. The results of this feedback are strictly confidential.

Your opinions matter!

With appreciation for your support and feedback,

Stacy Kirkpatrick, Principal

Wear Blue to Show Kindness Matters!
While February is the universal month of Kindness, Kindness should be a practice year round. Regardless of our masking preference, we want to ensure our school community is a positive and caring environment. Spread kindness and wear blue.
