Wow, it’s hard to believe that February is almost in the books. This has been a great month and we are definitely ending it on a high note in Saxon Country!

A salute to Langley’s Science Olympiad team which finished 2nd at Regionals and earned a spot at the State tournament on March 26th. The following students medaled in their events:

Congratulations to Langley’s Forensics team for their strong showing at the Super Regional competition. Four Saxons earned a berth in the state championships. We are proud of these students’ efforts!

Congratulations to the Langley Winter Guard team who took an impressive divisional Second Place in the Atlantic Indoor Conference Color Guard competition held last Saturday.

Please join me in wishing our girls’ basketball team the best of luck in their regional championship game against Madison this evening at 6 p.m.

The ice hockey team will compete in the state championship match up against Briar Woods this evening at 8:20 p.m. at Loudoun Ice House. Our track team is competing in states today and tomorrow. Best of luck to both teams!

This week marks the mid-point in the third quarter. To help assess students’ academic progress, teachers will email grade reports this afternoon to families. Please use this as an opportunity to check-in with your student.
