Volunteer needed

Mr. Campana, one of Twain’s librarians, needs one more parent to serve on the school’s video approval committee. Two teachers have request approval of a documentary (entitled Life, Animated) about an autistic boy and his family. The approval consists of three faculty members and two parent. We need two parent volunteers who are willing to watch the video and provide their feedback to the committee. The documentary is rated PG and runs 92 minutes. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Campana directly at mpcampana@fcps.edu. He will provide a video link and additional details.

Staff of the Month

Nominate someone you think is deserving! As a reminder, each month, the administration and the PTA jointly recognize an outstanding teacher or staff member at Twain. The honoree receives an awesome certificate, a $25 gift card and an amazing parking spot close to the building.  It’s just a small way to say thank you to our fantastic teachers and staff members who go that extra mile!

Nominations for the January Staff Member of the Month close on 1/24/2022 at 10 am.
