5k Fun Run - November 20

Team Twain has started a two-week-long community event to gather resources for our community Food Bank, Koinonia.  Students are earning points for their team from November 8th through November 22nd for participating.  Please consider donating an item such as Canned Corn, Canned Tomatoes, Canned Fruit (low sugar), Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Salad Dressing, Instant Hot Cereal, Masa, Sugar, Flour, Pancake Mix, and Baking Mix (shelf-stable Items). Donations will be collected in Twain's lobby in the morning and during lunch each day. 

A second opportunity to support Twain’s community as a family is by participating in our 5K Fun Run on November 20th from 10 AM – 12 PM.  To register, wear your team Twain color and arrive at Twain's back parking lot at 9:30 AM to pay the registration fee (either a shelf-stable food donation or a cash donation for the Koinonia Community Food Bank).  Runners can earn team points by wearing their team's color (Red Cavaliers & Wolverines, Blue Panthers & Lancers, Black Patriots and Eagles, Green Pirates and Hawks).  Additionally, the fastest participant for each team will win a Pie as a prize.
