Positivity Project for November 14 – November 20: Gratitude

P2

WHAT DOES GRATITUDE MEAN?

You are aware of and thankful for good things that happen.

Family Chat

Why is gratitude important?

How does gratitude impact our relationships?

What are five things that you are grateful for?

What are some things, people, or places that make you happy?

How does it make you feel when you recognize the things around you that make you happy?

What is one way that you can show gratitude every day?

“Gratitude is when memory is stored in the heart not the mind.“ - LIONEL HAMPTON
