Federal Impact Aid Survey - Still Accepting Forms!

Your child has brought home a Federal Impact Aid Form in Thursday folders last week. FCPS (Chesterbrook ES) is asking all families to complete the Student-Parent Survey for Federal Impact Aid for each child. Returning this form is important because information from this survey results in an additional $3 million in grants each year from the U.S. Department of Education. These funds are used to support all Fairfax County public schools and centers.

For each school-aged child in your household who attend Chesterbrook ES, you must complete the form.

  • Please complete, sign, date, and place in your child’s backpack to give to the homeroom teacher. If sections 1 and 2 of the survey do not apply to you, just check the box in section 3.
  • Have your child turn into the teacher ASAP
  •  All results are CONFIDENTIAL.
