Wildcat Families,
We are working to make improvements with the morning kiss & ride to help alleviate traffic on Union Mill Road. Please note in the map below that there are two kiss & ride drop locations - One near door 9 in the back of the school and one in the front of the school. Please do not drop students off along Union Mill Road because it is very dangerous and impedes traffic.
The rear kiss & ride location is not heavily used, and parents might find this to be a faster location, which would ease traffic in the front. When using the kiss & ride in the front of the school, please pull all the way forward to the second set of stairs marked with the star below. Pulling forward before dropping students will decrease the back-up at the traffic light on Union Mill.
We will have security staff in place at the front kiss & ride location to help direct traffic.
Please do not drop students at the door 12 location or in the student parking lot. The student parking lot is not a kiss & ride location. Using this area creates too much traffic and is dangerous with many students walking across the student parking lot between cars. We also encourage student drivers to give themselves an extra 5 - 10 minutes in the morning, so they are not feeling rushed and arriving late.
