A police motorcade will drive through Northern Virginia around 3 p.m. today escorting one of the 13 service members killed in Afghanistan. The motorcade will start in Prince William County and move through Fairfax County on I-66. We may experience additional delays at dismissal. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
