 The KJMS Girls Basketball Team will work to improve each player's skill level, improve as a team during the Fall season and learn life lessons through basketball. Both 7th and 8th Grade girls are eligible to tryout. The Fall Basketball season will run thru November 5th.
Season
The KJMS Basketball Season will run from 9/20 - 11/5
Practices
There will be 2 practices per week for the Fall season. Practices will begin on Monday, 9/20.
Monday - 2:30 - 4:00
Wednesday - 2:30 - 4:00
Games
We have 3 games tentatively scheduled for the Fall:
10/22 - KJMS vs RCMS
10/29 - KJMS vs LHMS
11/5 - KJMS vs TBD
Tryouts
Tryouts will take place on Monday, 9/13 from 2:30-4:00 in the KJMS Gym.

Students will meet in the Cafeteria directly after-school

Coach Epps and Clingenpeel will meet students to explain the tryout process

Students will tryout in the gym from 2:30-4:00

From 4:00-4:30 students will wait in the cafeteria for parent pickup (or walkers) at Door 7
There is NO Bus Transportation for this Tryout.
There will be Late Bus Transportation for Monday/Wednesday practices beginning 9/20.

There will be no Late Bus Transportation for the 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team. Parent Pickup (or Walkers) is required by 5:45pm.

Monday - 2:30 - 4:00
Thursday - 2:30 - 4:00

Tryouts will take place on Wednesday, 9/15 from 4:30-5:45 in the KJMS Gym.
