Parklawn will hold our annual Advanced Academics Program Information Meeting on Tuesday, September 28. This year’s meeting will be offered virtually and in two sessions: 6:00 in English and 7:00 pm for Spanish. Ms. Nory Fink, our Advanced Academics Resource Teacher, will provide information about the levels of service and examples of Advanced Academic curriculum and instruction in FCPS and Parklawn Elementary . It was great to see so many families at the Parklawn Community Picnic, and the PTA was happy to bring the Kona Ice truck to provide free treats at that event! Parklawn PTA supports many events to bring our Parklawn community together, such as movie nights, Bingo night, and staff appreciation activities. Learn more about our plans for the year and how you can get involved at our first PTA meeting on September 23, at 7:00 p.m. In the meantime, visit our website to sign up as a PTA member and check out activities we did last year.
