Dear Shrevewood Family,
Thank you to those who visited our Health and Safety meeting and the Virtual Back to School Night. We had an amazing turnout for both presentations. The slide deck for the Health and Safety meeting along with the questions are linked in the section below. If we did not answer your questions, please feel free to schedule a phone conference with me. We appreciate your continued collaboration as we work together to make sure that we have a safe and successful school year!

As a follow up to our Health and Safety Community Meeting yesterday, please access the slides and pre-asked questions/answers here. If you would like to learn more about FCPS protocol, please explore the FCPS Health and Safety Guidance Document. When we have more information to share with the community, we will schedule another Community Meeting.
The PTA has decided to postpone our Back to School Picnic to September 10 from 5:30-7:30PM.
We plan to hold the same, fun event on September 10 with Raffles, DJ, and fun with your Shrevewood friends. Mark your calendar right now!
If you ordered a pizza, we will transfer your purchase to September 10. If you would like to cancel your order, please email ptaboardshrevewood@gmail.com by September 8.

As a reminder, school begins at 9:20 am and ends at 4:05 pm. Please notify us if your child will be absent or late to school. We will have an automated “call-out” at approximately 4:00 pm for students who were absent without prior notification. If you receive that call, please contact our office the next day.

- Please register using the link below if you are planning to pick your student(s) up at the end of the day at Kiss & Ride. If you have already been assigned a Kiss & Ride number, you will need to still fill out the Google Form.

- School staff must be present before your student can exit the vehicle

Vehicles must be in the Kiss & Ride lane before students exit the vehicle

Parents/Guardians must remain in the vehicle during drop-off and pick-up
- Upon arrival in the Kiss and Ride pick up line, please hold up your number for the school staff to visibly see
