Principal's Message: 9/4/2021

Good Morning Parents & Families:

We have completed our second week of school and I continue to be impressed with our students and staff as they engage in a variety of activities as they get to know one another and delve deeper into the content and curriculum. As evidenced below in our two feature stories, there are so many wonderful things happening inside and outside of Stone Middle School and I am proud to share them with you each week.

I wanted to provide a few pieces of information as it relates to Covid processes in place at Stone Middle School. I recognize how challenging of a time this continues to be and it is a collective effort from our students, staff and families to ensure we maintain a safe and healthy learning environment. All that said, see this page for a few important reminders and answers to questions regarding these Covid processes.

I look forward to seeing you at Back to School Night this week for those of you who are able to attend. Please read below for more information.

I appreciate your continued support. Enjoy the beautiful weather this long weekend.

Take care,

Meredith Norris, Principal

Schoology

Schoology Series for Parents: View Your Account Activity

You’ll know you’re in your parent account if you see your own name in the top right corner. Updates from all the school, courses, and groups you participate in appear in your Recent Activity area.

Having a Parent account in Schoology is actually like having two accounts:

** Your personal account, with your own name and information.

** A view into your child’s account. You can view Schoology from your child’s perspective, see assignment details (not the specific Google files), and receive updates about their activity.
