Calendar Reminder
- Madison will be closed Friday, 9/3 and Monday, 9/6 for the Labor Day Break.
Digital Resources - Consent Needed
- At Madison HS, we will use a variety of FCPS-approved digital tools to support in-person learning this year! We need you to give consent for your child to use them as soon as possible so we can start using them for learning right away! Preview the list and provide your consent here.
Early Dismissal Policy Reminder
- A written note is required for students to leave early. Include the time, reason for check-out, parent/guardian signature and parent daytime phone number.
- Please do not leave early dismissal information on the attendance voicemail line or email. You must speak with someone in order to arrange an early dismissal without a note.
- When coming to the school to check a child out, parents should call the main office - 703-319-2300. A pass will be sent to your child to check-out through the attendance office. Please stay in your car in a visitor spot near Door 1 to minimize the number of visitors in the building on any given day.

SAT School Day and PSAT/NMSQT- Wednesday, October 13
- Seniors interested in taking the SAT School Day test MUST register by September 8th. Registration information can be found on the Madison website.
- All 10th and 11th grade students will automatically be registered for the PSAT/NMSQT; no registration is required. More information about the PSAT/NMSQT can be found on the Madison website.
Yearbooks
- Buy your 21-22 Yearbook NOW! Go to www.yearbookordercenter.com and enter the code 5307. The cost is $65 ($70 with a nameplate) now through December.
Senior Portraits
- Additional senior portrait days have been scheduled. Available dates are November 1 and 2 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and November 3, 4, and 5 from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. If you have not had your portrait taken yet, schedule an appointment at prestigeportraits.com. If you need to have your portrait taken again, please call the Customer Service line at 1-800-736-4775.
Underclassmen Pictures
- Underclassmen pictures are Tuesday, August 31 and Wednesday, September 1 through English classes. Picture order forms were distributed through English classes. You may preorder online at www.mylifetouch.com using Picture Day ID: EVTB9RCZJ.
