Principal's Message: 8/28/2021

Good Morning Parents and Families:

It has been an absolute pleasure to welcome your child(ren) to Stone Middle School this week. I commend our students for doing an incredible job navigating their new building, classes, lunches and the overall transition to middle school. It has been a joy to see them reconnect with their friends, meet new peers, engage with their teachers and other school staff and participate in a wide variety of hands-on activities. It has been wonderful to observe and capture our students and staff energized and excited to be back in the classroom and on school grounds.

As always, we could not do it without your support. I appreciate those of you who were able to attend our final town hall this month. These town halls are very helpful for us as a school team to continue to plan, assess and reassess to ensure we do whatever we can to maintain a safe and meaningful learning experience.  As I will continue to share, please reach out to any member of the Stone admin team if you have questions, need clarification/support, or want to provide any feedback.

Hope you enjoy a wonderful weekend,
Meredith Norris, Principal

Digital Consent Form: Please Sign Off

Our teachers will use a variety of digital resources to support student learning and promote communication and collaboration with students and families. Some of the digital resources your child may use this year will require your consent before they can be used. You can find our school’s list of the resources that require parental consent here. Please click the link above where the enrolling parent or guardian MUST indicate whether or not their student is allowed to use the list of digital resources this year.

We encourage you to complete the parental consent for digital resources form as soon as possible, as your child will not be able to use the digital resources until we have received your permission.
