Tonight, many of you will have received an email from us telling you your child's new teacher and bus information. The sender of the email is CoatesES@fcps.edu . Please do not reply to this email. Call the main office with inquiries.
If you are a Kindergarten or 1st grade parent, you will receive this email tomorrow (Wed.). We regret this delay. We've had several new registrations in these grade levels in recent days, which may affect our staffing. If it does change our staffing (positively or negatively), we must to reconfigure our classes so that they are similarly sized, have an appropriate boy-girl ratio, and adhere to other factors that result in a great, heterogeneous classroom. I expect that I will have this figured out with our staffing specialist early tomorrow and am confident that we will have our message to you in advance of Back to School Night on Thursday. Your teacher is looking forward to meeting you and your child!
Returning to school is exciting and I know that you're waiting eagerly for this info. Thank you for your patience.
