Week One is in the Books!

Congratulations to all of the fall athletes who completed week one and made a team! Hard work pays off! There are still many opportunities to be involved. Our cross country, freshman cheerleading, football and golf teams are still accepting members. You should be in contact with one of the coaches ASAP! This week we get started with some scrimmages (listed below).

How do I access a Physical form and other     necessary forms for tryouts?

If you plan to get your physical taken care of on your own at your doctors or at another facility, please make sure that you use the NEW VHSL PHYSICAL FORM . All other forms will not be accepted.

How Do in Turn In My Physical?

  • Send or drop off your physical to the main office to the Attention of: Athletic Department.
  • Scan & email your completed physical form to Mr. Berg (pdf format preferred) by clicking here
  • Bring to Out of Season Workout and hand deliver to Activities Office, Mr. Berg or Ms. Tomlinson.

We will not be offering sports physicals at Justice HS again until the spring of 2022. You can still get a physical at West Springfield HS on July 19, Oakton HS on July 26 or Westfield HS on July 27. The physical will then be sent back over to Justice HS.

You can also go to your regular doctor or any walk-in clinic. Just make sure you provide them with the correct VHSL form.

Message from the Boosters

Booster Athletes, Family & Friends,

As we advance towards the last part of a Justice’s athletic endeavors, we wanted to thank you for your patience and most of all your support. To say the least, it has been challenging for both coaches and athletes. And many parents weren’t able to even see their athletes perform at the highest levels. We bit our nails and waited for them to come home to tell us how they did.

Among the biggest challenges this past year has been the inability to raise funds to support Justice Athletics. Between gate revenue, concessions, and other fundraisers like the Wolves Classic, we estimate a loss of income of approximately $35,000.00

These funds are critical to every sport since FCPS only provides funding for transportation, coaching stipends and referees- a fraction of what is needed.

Over the next month, please consider making a donation in any amount to support what your students athletes have come to love: Justice sports. Simply go to the www.hallofjustice.com/donate. There you will be able to designate up to three sports you’d like to support or the program overall which provides much needed funds for all sports.

Many Thanks,

Steve Primrose

Past President
