JOIN THE PTA TODAY

(PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!)

As the Kilmer PTA Board drafts our annual budget this summer, knowing we can rely on your financial support is critical to our plans to continue funding activities big and small like certain after school programs, field trips, student run committees, NJHS, upgrades to building and classroom technology and much much more.

Joining is easy. Visit www.pay4schoolstuff.com and contribute online. Or print out the membership form below and drop off at Kilmer front office at your convenience. If you have any questions about the PTA budget or want to talk more about how your donation dollars impact the Kilmer student body, we're be more than happy to discuss.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO STAFF SCHOOL STORE

Our School Store is back! After being unable to open last year, we are excited to once again open for business. Our store will be open during lunch hours twice a week during students' lunch periods, and as always, we will need parent volunteers to staff the store.

Please sign up here if you are able to take a shift.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SECOND STORY DONATION PICKUPS

We are planning to resume our weekly leftover food donations to Second Story. We will need parent volunteers to help us with this weekly program.

Please sign up here if you are able to help. This is a good opportunity for 8th graders looking for service hours too!

FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS NEEDED

Last year we couldn't have operated the Kilmer Food Pantry without the generous donations and support from our students/parents, families, teachers, staff, community friends & local organizations.

We are ready to jump back in to collecting items to provide to members of our Kilmer community in need. To that end, we need to start gathering donations over the summer to be in a position to hit the ground running at the start of school.

You can help in one of two ways:

(1) When joining the Kilmer PTA on the P4SS website, you can include a monetary donation to go to the Food Pantry; or

(2) You can shop our Amazon wishlist and your donations will be shipped directly to Kilmer.

Remember to shop using Amazon Smile with Kilmer PTA as your charity of choice so you can donate in two different ways at once!

VOLUNTEERS AND DONATIONS NEEDED FOR AUGUST 16TH TEACHER BREAKFAST

Thank you so much to all our generous contributors so far! We just need a few final items for our breakfast.

Sign Up Here if you can contribute or lend a hand that day.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE

If you're looking for a way to help give back to our Kilmer teachers after the challenges of the last year, or are new to Kilmer and want to get involved, we need volunteers to help on our Hospitality and Teacher Appreciation Committee. The role involves planning a few events over the course of the school year and helping out as needed in coordinating teacher appreciation efforts. Please email us if you're interested in learning more.
