Woodburn News - June 11, 2021

6th Grade

Dear Woodburn Families,

What an incredible year we have had together! It was an amazing week of celebrations across the school.  We promoted our 6th graders, participated in class parties, visited with our virtual students in-person and shared many laughs. A huge thank you is due to the PTA for providing all students with Kona Ice today.  It truly was a wonderful way to bring this year to a close!

Thank you to all of our families for your ongoing partnership. We could not have navigated this unprecedented year without your support. Your encouragement and belief in us kept us going, even on the hardest of days.

We hope that you enjoy the summer break and look forward to returning strong in August.

Parent Help Desk Summer Hours

The Parent Technology Help Desk will continue to support parents and students through the summer months.

Beginning on Monday, June 14, we are moving the service to our in-house Service Desk. The phone number for parents will stay the same -  833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS) - and the reduced hours for summer are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday in June, July and early August. Outside of those hours, parents can also visit the Parent and Student IT Support Portal to find self-help resources or submit a tech support request ticket. Please note the reduced summer hours when you promote the Parent Tech Help Desk to your communities.

Thank You Community Partners!

At Woodburn we believe in caring for the whole child and this is made possible because of our community partners.  Their partnership helps us ensure families have access to needed resources.  We would not have made it through this year without this support.  A special thank you to:
