Virtual and Leaving Early Student Laptop Returns (check ins)

Hi Mantua families!

Below is the schedule for Mantua ES virtual/leaving early students to return their laptops, power adaptors and mice.  In person students have a different schedule which will be communicated by teachers.

We will begin receiving any virtual student’s laptop starting on June 4th, if those families have computers at home that the student can still use to remain in school until the last day.  If a family knows they are leaving the school before the last day, they can also turn their laptops in before June 11th, by appointment using the chart below.  Please wipe down all items with a damp, but not dripping disinfectant wipe (laptop, power adaptor, mouse).

We will need the student’s laptop, FCPS power adaptor, and in some instances mouse, in order to receive credit for checking the device in. Students will keep their laptop sleeves for use next year.   If they do not return the laptop and correct power adaptor by June 14th they will receive a charge on their student’s account.

If students are in the SOAR program they will be keeping their laptops/pwr adaptors, but we still want to see their laptops and power adaptors the day the rest of your students check theirs in so we know they have it.

The first schedule is for individual students who are leaving early or can attend school until June 11th without needing their FCPS laptop. Any virtual student can come on June 1th from 5-8pm and turn in their equipment if they are not going to be here on the 14th.  Please email pjdunfee@fcps.edu for an appointment.   

It is important that all devices be checked in by June 14th in order for your student's account not to be charged.  Thanks for your assistance.
