💻 FCPS Device Collection ☀️
We will need to collect all FCPS issued laptops AND chargers for the summer!
**We do NOT need any cases returned**
IN-PERSON STUDENTS
All in-person students will be returning their laptops on either Wednesday, June 9 or Thursday June 10. Please be sure your child brings their laptop AND charger to school on this day!
PRESCHOOL - GRADE 5 VIRTUAL STUDENTS
Preschool thru grade 5 virtual students can return their laptop and chargers to the front of the school building during the following times:
- Friday June 11 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm
- Monday, June 14 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Monday, June 14 from 12:30 - 4:00 pm
6TH GRADE VIRTUAL STUDENTS
6th Grade Virtual Students can return their laptops and charger to the front of the school building during the following times, based on classroom teacher:
- McGann 9:15 - 9:45
- Horton 9:45 - 10:15
- Schoenberg 10:15 - 10:45
- Daniels 10:45-11:15
- Ricciardella 11:15 - 11:45
LOST OR DAMAGED LAPTOPS
If you have lost or damaged your laptop or charger, there is a cost for replacement. Checks need to be made out to Poplar Tree Elementary.
- Dell charger: $23.00
- HP Charger: $38
- Computer: $472
SUMMER PROGRAMS
If your child is participating in Extended School Year (ESY) or the FCPS Summer program SOAR at Poplar Tree, they can keep their laptop and charger until their program is over!
